Schroeder offers a line of metal reusable elements to meet specific application needs. These rugged elements are constructed of high-strength woven stainless steel wire mesh. The wire mesh and center tube are epoxy-bonded to the end caps.
The element design incorporates shallow pleats which provide an efficient flow pattern with optimum pressure drop. In addition, the shallow pleat construction simplifies the cleaning process. These elements may be cleaned using a liquid solution (either Kleenite or Oakite) or by ultrasonics.
Schroeder metal elements are available in a variety of sizes for 10, 25, 60, 150, and 260 μ filtration.
